Portfolio
Web Design & Development
In 2023, Image Pointe managed just 11 WordPress WooCommerce websites and had not yet adopted a standardized approach to web accessibility,
limiting the scalability of its e-commerce platform. After joining the company, I developed a reusable Oxygen Builder
framework featuring integrated USPS/UPS shipping APIs, automated inventory imports, customizable checkout fields, and built-in
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA accessibility improvements. I also managed hosting and DNS
services on Cloudflare and WP Engine, as well as performance optimization and ongoing maintenance across all client stores.
As a result, the time required to launch new webstores was reduced from five days to approximately 12 hours, and the SEO performance
improved by 42% within a single year after implementing accessibility best practices. This enabled the company to grow its e-commerce
platform to more than 50 online stores by 2025, serving international and local labor unions, including Starbucks Workers United,
AFL-CIO, and UAW.
UX/UI Design
Designed UX/UI homepage prototypes in Figma to help union clients visualize their future e-commerce websites on
Image Pointe’s WordPress platform. Each prototype was completed in 2–4 hours and combined layout design, branding research,
and UX structure to strengthen sales presentations and support contract acquisition. These prototypes contributed to
securing long-term client relationships with organizations such as NTEU and SEIU 32BJ.
Digital Accessibility Audits
In early 2026, Reliable Property Solutions LLC engaged Patterson Pixel to perform a comprehensive accessibility audit of its
website to evaluate conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA success criteria in support of ADA Title III
accessibility considerations. I conducted both manual and automated testing across all seven pages of the website on desktop and mobile
devices, identifying 39 accessibility issues. I then delivered a detailed report outlining each issue along with prioritized remediation
recommendations to help the client improve accessibility, reduce barriers for users with disabilities, and align the website with
recognized accessibility standards.
Business Technology Solutions
In 2025, The Restoration Project contacted Patterson Pixel after recurring errors in their Zapier automation disrupted customer order
processing between their WordPress WooCommerce website and Flodesk email marketing system. I traced the issue to the automation using
product names as identifiers, which caused conflicts between similarly named products. I resolved the problem by switching the
workflow to use unique Product IDs, adding error handling for existing customers in Flodesk, and creating a step-by-step technical
guide to help staff manage the updated Zapier workflow. The successful project resulted in a reliable, long-term solution and an
ongoing client relationship, with The Restoration Project returning for two additional contracts in 2026.
Graphic Design
Designed branded digital gift cards and promotional coupons in Canva for the 2025 e-commerce email marketing campaigns
supporting the online stores of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and UA Local 469. Produced polished,
web-ready assets aligned with each organization's visual identity and campaign objectives, delivering all final designs
within a two-hour turnaround to support on-time campaign launches.
Created promotional poster concepts in Adobe Photoshop for a $2,000 art contest hosted by Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment
in support of the 2019 film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The poster concepts adhered to the contest’s creative guidelines
while incorporating meaningful visual storytelling, including a minimalist design inspired by the Japanese flag and Godzilla’s
cultural origins, as well as a composition featuring King Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra within Godzilla’s iconic dorsal plates to
highlight the film’s central Titans.
Video Production
Created video projects during my time at Pearson.
Wrote scripts, filmed footage, conducted interviews, and edited video and audio using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop,
and Audacity. Produced compelling stories to promote internal initiatives. Notably, the Learning2Work Pathfinders
Apprenticeship Recruitment video directly led to 16 new hires.
